Pia Dessi
Legal Administrator
Pia Dessi has over 24 years of experience in the legal community as a Legal Administrator, Administration Coordinator, Records Manager and Legal Recruiter. In 1986, Pia joined Greenberg Traurig as their Firm-Wide Records Manager. Later, Pia became the Administration Coordinator for its Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach Offices. In 2004, Pia made a career shift to legal recruiting. In 2008, Pia joined our firm as its Legal Administrator and Office Manager. With her strong management background and “go team” attitude, we are pleased to have Pia managing our office.
Wendy S. O'Brien
Florida Registered Paralegal
Wendy S. O'Brien has over 27 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal. Wendy worked with Wintter & Associates for 12 years through 2007 and returned in 2010 as our Senior Litigation Paralegal. Wendy has extensive Probate and Trust Litigation and Administration experience. Wendy also has substantial experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Real Estate and Family Law. Wendy is a Florida Registered Paralegal with The Florida Bar, a member of the Paralegal Association of Broward County, and a member of the Paralegal Association of Florida. We are pleased Wendy has returned to our firm.
Myrtle E. Morris
Paralegal
Myrtle E. Morris has over 18 years of legal experience as a Probate and Guardianship Paralegal. In 1992, Myrtle worked with a sole practitioner where she remained for 15 years gaining extensive Probate and Guardianship experience. In 2007, Myrtle moved to Tampa, Florida where she worked with a firm concentrating its practice in Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship. In 2009, Myrtle returned to South Florida and joined Wintter & Associates as our Probate and Guardianship Administration Paralegal.
Jennifer Pedrero
Legal Administrative Assistant/Paralegal Assistant
Jennifer Pedrero joined us in 2009 as our Legal Administrative Assistant. Jennifer is excellent with clients, very bright and is working towards her Paralegal Certification at the University of Miami. Jennifer works closely with our seasoned paralegals to help us provide cost effective legal representation.
