Nina Zuckerman Chepp has over 25 years of legal experience and concentrates her practice in the areas of Guardianship, Probate and Trust Administration. Ms. Chepp maintains longstanding client relationships and she truly cares about the well-being and professional representation of her clients.
Ms. Chepp earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from Boston University in 1982. Upon graduation, she worked as a paralegal with a prominent South Florida firm for several years prior to entering law school. Ms. Chepp attended the University of Miami School of Law and earned her Juris Doctor in 1989. Ms. Chepp also attended Oxford University Institute of International and Comparative Law (1987) in Oxford, England. While in law school, Ms. Chepp clerked with a prestigious Miami, Florida firm and joined that firm upon graduation practicing in the areas of Probate, Corporate and Real Estate Transactions. In 1998, Ms. Chepp began focusing her practice in Guardianship, Probate and Trust Administration. Ms. Chepp maintains an excellent reputation in the South Florida community.
Ms. Chepp is a member of the Florida Bar (1990) and has been admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of Florida. Ms. Chepp is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit (1990) and United Sates District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1991). Ms. Chepp is also a member of the South Broward Bar Association.
