Nina Zuckerman Chepp has been practicing law for more than 20 years and is now recognized as a top probate lawyer in Florida. Ms. Chepp received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1989 and her BS in Marketing from Boston University in 1982. She also studied at the Oxford University Institute of International and Comparative Law. Ms. Chepp is an experienced wills attorney in Hollywood, FL and since 1998, has been focusing her practice on guardianship, probate, and trust administration. Ms. Chepp is a member of the Florida Bar and the South Broward Bar Association.
Christin Gallardo received her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2004 and her BA in Biology from the University of North Florida in 2000. Since finishing law school, she has focused solely on probate and guardianship law and, while serving as counsel for the 17th Judicial Circuit’s Probate Division, served on the Florida Court Technology Commission’s Probate Data Elements Committee and the Probate Workgroup for the Office of the State Court Administrator’s Trial Court Case Management Solution Project. In 2005, she also co-authored Chapter 25, The Role of the Attorney in Guardianship Proceedings in the Seventh Edition of Florida Guardianship Practice. Though she is the youngest member of our team, her invaluable experience in the Circuit Court has made her a highly sought after probate attorney in Florida.
Max G. Soren is a highly experienced Hollywood, FL probate lawyer, having worked in probate, construction, commercial, and criminal litigation since his graduation from law school in 2002. Mr. Soren received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and his BA in English from Florida International University in 1998. He has extensive experience as a trial lawyer, having worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Office of the State Attorney, Miami Dade County. Mr. Soren has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2003.

Mr. Wintter received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1979, his MBA from the University of Miami in 1965, and his BBA from the same school in 1960.
